This category features workouts filled with nothing but chill vibes. You can expect fewer rolling exercises in these workouts too, so if for any reason Rolling Like a Ball isn't something you feel like doing today, you're in the right spot!
Similarly, if you don't feel ready for our Level 2 workouts, this is an outstanding category to hang out in while you get more comfortable practicing Pilates. Remember, always listen to your body, and if you don't know how yet, Pilates will teach you.
