These Mat Pilates classes are perfect when you are short on time or need a little extra something. You can expect to pack a lot in a little amount of time, workout lengths vary from 18 minutes to 36 minutes.

  • Express Pilates (Stretch and Strength)

    A stretch-focused Mat Pilates Class.

    Equipment:

    A towel and/or yoga strap.

  • Express Pilates (Fusion Style Glutes)

    This workout fuses Barre, Contemporary and Classical Pilates together to challenge the glutes.

    Equipment:

    One Glider/towel/sock or a surface where your foot can slide.

    A short and sweet standing arm series. Add this on to another workout or use it on a day you are short on time and feel like standing up tall.

    A pair of 1-3lbs dumbbells/Pilates balls.
