These Mat Pilates classes are perfect when you are short on time or need a little extra something. You can expect to pack a lot in a little amount of time, workout lengths vary from 18 minutes to 36 minutes.

    A short and sweet standing arm series. Add this on to another workout or use it on a day you are short on time and feel like standing up tall.

    Equipment:

    A pair of 1-3lbs dumbbells/Pilates balls.
