What a fun and sweaty workout. Expect a barre style warm-up, followed by a plank series, into a round of HIIT (push-ups, squat jumps, jacks etc) followed by some Pilates to cool down.
No Equipment but feel free to wear sneakers if you prefer the extra cushion.
