Happy March Matness QB Community! Let's do it Joe's way and celebrate his work all month long.
This workout will include all of the shoulder stands you see in the Classical Pilates repertoire, but if you're not there yet don't fret. This month is all about learning and taking the time to build your practice to get there if you want!
Pro tip: If at any point you don't want to do the inversions, simply do a Shoulder Bridge or a Roll-Up in its place.
