This is a Mat Pilates Class that will help you feel well connected, better in tune and realigned. You can expect the order and the exercises to differ from those of our Authentic Mat Pilates Class. However, everything inside this class serves as a foundation for your movement practice.
We cannot build a solid house that will last a lifetime on a shaky foundation, so regardless if this is your 400th time hitting your mat or your 4th, I encourage you to spend some time with this class.
This class is also excellent if you feel sore, heavy or burnt out - just like I was after a weekend of too much skiing!
