In Pilates one shape informs the next. In this week's APC class, we explore more of the "advanced" level variations, including The Roll Over, Leg Pull Front, Leg Pull and Side Kick Kneeling.
I hope this class brings you new challenges and shines a light on areas to work on. For example, if The Roll Over is impossible (right now), think critically about what part of the mat sequence will strengthen you to achieve The Roll Over? And then work at it.
Equipment:
No equipment but you may want to have a foam roller, Pilates barrel or ball to place under hips for the Roll Over.
