QB Mat Pilates (Words create sentences)
In this Mat Pilates Class, we learn how to transition from one exercise to the next. Just like words flow into one another to create a sentence.

QB Mat Pilates (Contrology Revised)
In this Pilates class, we go through Joe's original 34 exercises but with contemporary adaptations. You can expect Planks and Roll-Overs but no shoulder stands or crab.
