It's that time again! Reformer on the Mat is here. You will feel stretched and worked from head to toe after this one, that's for sure! This class features a dynamic "Fencers Lunge" series that is sure to warm you up quickly.
Lots of upper body in this one, grab your weights and let's flow.
Equipment:
A pair of 1-3lbs dumbbells/Pilates balls.
