Equipment: One medium-light dumb-bell (5-12 lbs) or Bala Power Ring and a heavy dumbbell/kettlebell (17-35 lbs)
When choosing weights it's very personal, and the weight you choose will dramatically change the muscular emphasis. Therefore, going heavy or light doesn't mean better or worse.
