We love a banded workout! This is just the ticket if you want a little extra spice in those shoulders and glutes.
Equipment: A long resistance band and something to elevate your hips off the ground, like a bolster or a pair of yoga blocks. There will be an option to make this work standing if you don't have anything to sit on.
