In this Pilates class, we go through Joe's original 34 exercises but with contemporary adaptations. You can expect Planks and Roll-Overs but no shoulder stands or crab.
Equipment:
A hand towel.
Important: if you are not ready to put your legs over your head, you can still enjoy this workout. You can do a Shoulder bridge instead!
