This workout will build on the skills you have learnt thus far and teach you the basics of movements we do in our Reformer on the Mat Classes. After 25 minutes of mat work, we will transition to a set of squats (don't be scared, these are Pilates squats) and standing upper bodywork. The standing work is some of the most popular sequences on Quiet Bodies.
Equipment:
A set of light hand weights (1-3lbs) or something to hold from around your house.
