We will focus on strengthening the glutes and deep core muscles. We just love it!
Equipment: A heavy weight for goblet squats and half racked lateral lunges, a lighter weight for halo + skull crushers + a looped band.
Pre-Natal Tip: If lying on your back for core exercises isn’t comfortable anymore, you can replace those two moves with side planks on each side or a bear plank followed by a forearm plank. In our cool down, swap out the Swan (on your tummy) for a Down Dog or a Cat Stretch or anything else you like.
