In this workout, we challenge our brains and bodies by taking Joe Pilates' original order and doing it in reverse!
Please note there are three Roll-Overs in this workout that can easily be skipped or modified if you do not wish to have your legs over your head today.
I encourage you to try this workout out. It is interesting to feel the order in reverse and goes to show what exercises prep you for what and what it feels like to be less tired for the more challenging exercises done at the end.
Have fun, and let me know what you think in the comments!
Equipment:
Yourself, unless you wish to include any helpful props, for example, something for under your hips for the Roll-Overs.

QB Mat Pilates (Back Care)
A classical mat flow with an extra dose of back extension. This workout is, of course, generally great but an awesome choice if you have been sitting at the computer, gardening, or doing a long-distance sport in flexion (think cycling, backpacking or paddling). Ah, sweet relief for your back!
