Joe's original 34, including all the shoulder stands, wow, my upper body! This is a challenging practice for your mind and body. However, you can expect to feel rejuvenated and empowered after. These exercises are so cool because you really start to untangle the puzzle that is your own unique body, how it moves, how to counterbalance your extremities and how to learn to (literally and figuratively) support yourself when things are technically challenging.
