While it may not interest everyone, we recommend revisiting the basics every once in a while. Clear your mind, foster curiosity, and gain a fresh perspective on your Pilates practice. It's easy to overlook details in our sessions, but focusing on them can help you progress to more advanced movements. For instance, in a Shoulder Bridge, simply lifting up and down is beneficial, but by tuning in and segmenting your spine while pushing your hips up as high as possible, you’ll carry those details into more advanced progressions like the Roll Over and make intermediate moves like the Teaser easier.
No Equipment but you can have some optional hand weights.
